The database issue has been fully mitigated and all JFA services have been restarted successfully.

All core services have been restored and the database service is back online.

JFA services are still not restored and we are still looking into the issue.

Last night, my hosting provider conducted a complete system restart in order to resolve a Linux kernel vulnerability, and some of my services have failed to automatically restart.

JFA services appear to be down due a database failure, which is also hosted with the same provider, and is likely the root cause of these issues.

I’m actively looking into it and are waiting for Noobi to take a look into the database issue.
