This incident was caused by a criticial failure within our database instance. After said failures were resolved, some instances did not auto-restart and/or were not restarted successfully. This has since been resolved.

Due to the ongoing errors that JFA Manager is facing, the testing phase of the more reliable JFA Manager v16 will be accelerated in order to provide a more stable and reliable service.
